Film Club Screenwriting Contest

If you have ever felt the urge to write a movie script, now is your big chance! The Mira Loma Film Club wants to turn your great idea into a great movie. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to see your story on screen. The best script will be selected by the Film Club and the winner will receive $100! Read below for the rules and guidelines of the contest.

Rules and Guidelines:

  • Writers will retain all rights to their scripts and can influence the making of the movie.
  • Submissions can be of any genre.
  • Writers should not feel limited by the idea that a certain scene is impossible to recreate on film.
  • Submissions are due on Tuesday, January 8th, 2008 to Mr. Quale in room A106, but can be submitted before then.
  • Please submit your script in a large envelope with your name, grade, email, phone number, and title of script.
