Below are the flowcharts that I painstakingly made for each class (with a lot of help and guidance from my friend who goes by the name Weana), based on your choices from Friday. There might be a bit of reshuffling, but I tried to reorganize some of the roles into larger groups. For example, I grouped music, photography, costuming and set design stuff under the title “Art Direction.”
Obviously the communication and collaboration process will be more complicated than my arrows indicate, but I think it is a nice starting point in order to keep us focused and working efficiently with each other. I also decided to make “Publicity” the only group that is a collaborative effort between both classes, which is why there are students from both periods 1 and 2 in it. This should work well since we have decided to try make the two short documentaries connect to each other.
